The apartment is located in the Aparthotel Eichenhof on the 3rd floor and in addition to luxurious and spacious interiors (sauna, fireplace...) has probably the greatest roof terrace in the city with a breathtaking view over the entire lake and the surrounding mountains. I - Elisabeth - am the owner of the apartment Top 1 in the Eichenhof and manage this beautiful pearl for the two.

Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
