A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Welcome to Lakeside Penthouse 16 – only 5 minutes walk from the old town and 2 minutes from Zeller Strandbad! In winter you can reach the ski lift in about 10 minutes on foot. You can enjoy the fantastic lake view directly from the penthouse. A detached parking space as well as a spacious garage are available – ideal also for bicycles or sports equipment such as skis.
