Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Located on the paved circular route around the lake (9km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to exercise in the fresh air, the time out at Markkleeberger See is perfect. The apartment offers optimal space for 2 people. Based on the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years!

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or even by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the HH, overlooking the countryside. The "Elsterpassage" tram stop is right next door, from there you can reach numerous destinations, such as the Red Bull Arena Leipzig and the QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA are 3 and 4 stops away respectively - the Felsenkeller and Täubchenthal event locations, as well as the Musikalische Komödie (operetta and musical theater) are easily accessible on foot.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
