The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat 3 Schlafplätze in der großen Wohnküche und ein voll ausgestattetes Duschbad. Der See ist ca 30m vom haus. Die FeWo liegt im EG und könnte gemeinsam mit FeWo im 1.OG gemietet werden. Der offene, helle Wohn-, Küchen- und Schlafbereich mit unverbautem Blick auf den Hainer See kann zum Mittelpunkt eurer gemeinsamen Urlaubszeit werden. Der Hainer See ist Teil des Leipziger Neuseenlandes und liegt direkt neben der Gemeinde Kahnsdorf in entspannter Umgebung mit viel Natur.

A highlight is the very large, partly covered roof terrace overlooking Lake Störmthal with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Good for quiet vacations, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach.

This cozy tiny house is located right on a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.
