The Cabin is absolutely delightful. Architecturally interesting, spotlessly clean, quiet, peaceful and private, surrounded by nature, and equipped with everything you could possibly need yet not cluttered. The bed is comfy and the outside bath is luxurious, even - or perhaps especially - when it's raining (which it did for the whole three days we were there). We were very grateful for all the thoughtful little touches which helped to make our stay so comfortable: the good supply of towels, the choice of pillows, the large umbrellas, the breakfast supplies, the reading material - I could go on. David and Christina have thought of everything. One really has the best of both worlds here: a rural setting (and no sulphur smell!), with some lovely walks in the vicinity, but a quick and easy drive into the centre of Rotorua. A truly memorable place to stay.

We loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer. It was peaceful, comfortable, and private. A great place to relax, but also close to things to do. We got caught in some nasty weather while we were there, and the home was cozy throughout. Our hosts very helpfully allowed us to stay a few hours late on our last day to avoid the roads in a downpour and gale-force winds as the storm passed, which was their suggestion and very kind of them to offer.

Kinga's place is absolutely perfect! It’s in a great location, offers plenty of privacy, and comes with a kind host and the sweetest cat. This thoughtful accommodation made our stay in Rotorua truly memorable. Thank you!

Perfect stay. My only issue was that I didn’t stay longer! Amazing price for what you get.
