We loved Brevard! First time in this city and had a great time hiking all the trails within the resort. The hot tub was a nice ending to the day with beautiful sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed the community and will be back!

Wow this place was absolutely amazing the pool and the hot tub were definitely the highlight of the stay but the house was also very homey and clean and it’s was a fun time

We had a great time at the cabin. Brandi was very accommodating with our request for early check in and late check out. The hot tub was by far the cleanest we had ever seen at an air b&b. We loved the welcome snack tray upon arrival. The games throughout the cabin were a big hit with my family. We loved the pac man and shuffleboard. We hope to be back soon!

We had a lovely stay at the Foxglove Hideaway! The place was just as pictured, and there were so many toys games and books for children, which was ideal as we had our 3 children with us! The hot tub was so nice at the end of the day and we enjoyed all of the amenities at Rumbling Bald. We can’t wait to come back when the lake is full, but we did enjoy some fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding on the smaller Bald Mountain Lake at the back of the Rumbling Bald property. A very relaxing and peaceful getaway!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage on Bowen! The space was so beautiful and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. If i could go back i would have stayed longer!

Very cozy and comfortable home. Black Mountain is a charming small town with great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. Did not really interact with Evolve beyond the welcome email. I did communicate with the owner a few times who was great. Very friendly and helpful.

We have been vacationing at lake lure for the past 5 years. It’s an easy drive from Charlotte. We’ve never had a bad rental experience, the houses are very similar, similar aesthetic and of course they all meet the requirements for air bnb and rumbling bald. NOW, enter giant mountain house. This home is thoughtfully designed with tons of amenities ( game room in a converted garage, custom fire pit, new hot tub, master shower that can hold a family) The doors! The chandelier! It’s like having Utah in North Carolina. You will instantly rethink your Christmas plans upon entering… me first! Thanks again for having us.

it was a great stay! wish we could have been out in the pool more, it's a lovely home and made me feel like I was back in my grandmothers house because she had the same counter tops! taught my husband how to use the water in the fridge lol. we had lots of fun! thank you!

We had a wonderful time! The home is large with a great layout and very well-stocked. Beautiful view and porch. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children. Definitely considering staying again in the future. Thanks, Ann!

Great stay! House was beautiful and clean and everything you could need in the boat house! The only issue was the boat rental. Motor died and the replacement wasn’t near the equivalent of the original rental. Still worked out

This is a lakeside cottage/cabin built in 1950 and subsequently updated. It met our expectations of rustic coziness and modern bathroom/ kitchen. The screened porch overlooking the lake was a highlight. It is evident that this rental is enjoyed by the owners and there are many touches that show they have actually stayed there and thought about what is needed. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels. A highlight for us was using the kayaks. Early morning on the lake is peaceful and there isn’t much traffic on this little bay. We had four adults, so having one shower was not a problem. We had read the description and reviews and were prepared for the stairs. Many houses on this bay are built on the side on a steep embankment and have long staircases. Also, the property manager was responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay in this amazing place! We felt right at home and the amenities were top-notch. Everything felt super luxurious and the space was beautiful. What a great experience! Such a fun find!!

Adorable, vintage fisherman cottage on the lake. We loved this little cabin and it's obvious its owner does, too. The cottage is quaint and small but has been very well thought out from extras in the kitchen, plenty of comfy porch furniture, to space efficient furniture in the rest of the home. We also enjoyed the fantastic outdoor spaces and two SUPs. Finally, although the home sits off (two lane) Memorial Hwy, nights were quiet and we felt the location was worth it for the convenient distance to both restaurants and the Ingles. Additionally, the home sits in a wide cove and provides great views. We just loved the well cared for, vintage lake house vibe. It's well kept, too!

Bela and Spencer were amazing host, very accommodating and quick to respond. We loved the home and it read exactly what we needed, some peace and quiet. The spa was an amazing touch to the property. It made for an amazing couple of days. Their property was greatly appreciated.

We had an excellent weekend staying here! The views cannot be beat and the home itself was beautiful. Close enough to town to do exploring and close enough to mountains to do hikes! We really enjoyed the views from Lookout Trail out by Montreat. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a private environment with beautiful views! Thanks for a great stay.

Loved staying in this well appointed condo with lovely finishes and amenities. We would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you for an amazing stay, it’s so heartbreaking to see all the damage from the hurricane however Rumbling Bald was up and running with lots to do. We saw a few bears on our way up the hill. The area is still so magical and we’re looking forward to coming back next year.

The house was clean and spacious. It features two bedrooms on the main floor, with two additional beds accessible via a narrow, winding staircase - something to keep in mind if you’re carrying luggage. The location is ideal for those looking to stay near the lake and enjoy the on-site amenities. However, if you’re planning to visit Asheville, it’s about an hours drive away. Also, if you’re prone to car sickness, be prepared- the roads are quite winding.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, right on the water in NC. My group loved the dock and patio, which felt both private and open to the beautiful nature surrounding it. Access to paddle boards and kayaks made for a great activity for everyone and the house itself was spacious enough for everyone in our group to relax comfortably. Would highly recommend!
