Our family felt right at home at Michael's A-frame. My husband commented that it felt as though we had stayed there before, and it really had. It has every amenity and creature comfort you could want or need, including a nicely stocked spice cabinet, plenty of linens, board games and puzzles, and a place to do laundry. Michael was friendly and helpful. Our family had an awesome time, and we hope to be back to enjoy the property in the summer months!

Ann’s home was warm and welcoming. Spotless and beautiful !!! We had some minor issues - like a cord missing from one of the many tvs. Beds were warm and comfy… Kitchen and laundry room well equipped. Sun room has a spectacular view! Biggest surprise for this city-dweller was the steepness of the driveway - we knew it was steep but we had no idea building like that was possible. Once we drove it a time or two, we were much more comfortable. Nothing we could not overcome - but might be worth knowing ahead of time. Overall a fabulous location, home and host….. truly grateful for the availability. Tracey

I can only rate Andrea on her communication. Unfortunately we were scheduled to come the same time Hurricane Helene made her presence. Andrea kept us up to date on weather conditions throughout storm. Unfortunately we were unable to get there to see the home ourselves, but I would definitely book again with Andrea just based on her communication. I hope that they did not endure too much damage, but unfortunate Lake Lure has a lot to recover from.

Great place to stay. The lake was still not back up and running due to a natural disaster but that did not stop us from enjoying the pools and outdoor activities!
