Holiday rentals with a patio in Lahug (Pob.)

Susil's place was so beautiful and conveniently located. Her unit had no fuss, and was exactly how she described it in her listing. Will definitely stay here again when we visit cebu

We rented the apartment for 3 weeks. the kitchen was great and had everything. Manny is the best host we could hope for. there is a big supermarket and mall with a gym near and the filling was great, thank you Manny.

We stayed last year and it was a great place to stay. Now, in our second time, I can say they have maintained the place really well plus the host Maam Sia was very responsive when we requested iron and slippers. We also appreciate the free water bottles and linens that smell good.

Perfect smaller apartment for shorter stays. Hanna Mae is great. Location is great too, walking distance from malls and stores, but for the airport its best to call Grab, its fast cheap and trustful

Marn's is a excellent host I had a little issue with my keys and she was able to provide a alternative way to get back in the apartment. Very responsive even though she was away so I high recommend her place. Just some feed back that they should mention if you rent car that you will be charged for parking if you stay over night I was under the impression it was included.

The host is so approachable. I had an error with bookings but she helped me to have successful booking. The place is clean, wifi is good, linens are clean, all appliances are working. I'll recommend this place to my friends n fam! till next booking :)

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, and the views were amazing—from the kitchen to the rooms, and especially around the pool and jacuzzi area. We were pleasantly surprised to find the place was pet-friendly and even came with a chef and attendants who made us feel right at home. The chef was excellent—every meal was delicious and presented like it came from a fine dining restaurant. The attendants were also very helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for two nights and honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer. That said, there were a few small issues. The water dispenser wasn’t working properly, and even the hot water feature couldn't heat water for coffee. We also expected a coffee maker (as seen in the listing photos), but there wasn’t one available. The fridge’s water tank needed refilling, which we couldn’t do ourselves and had to ask the attendant for help. Lastly, on our final day, we informed the staff we’d have breakfast at 7 AM, but they hadn’t wo

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

My family of 6 enjoyed staying at Mia & Paul's! The space looks exactly as the photos represent and it was so nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We did not find it walkable to IT Park, it's just a smidge off of the beaten path. But this was not a problem for us at all, as Grab was readily available and came right to the gate of the residence! It was very quiet and a nice respite. If you're staying in Cebu and are looking for a home space versus a hotel, I'd highly recommend Mia & Paul's! It was perfect for our family to be able to spend time together.

The place was immaculate and exactly like the photos. I put in the wrong neighborhood on Grab but found out you can put the address directly to the house which made it much easier to get around. Quiet neighborhood. Located pretty close to everything you may want to do Lapu Lapu. Dana was especially nice, friendly, and courteous during our stay when we had questions. Would recommend.

The listing was as shown in the photos. The cleaning was good, and the bedding smelled good, so it helped me sleep well. I had a good time watching movies with my family on the big screen. The pool wasn't big, but it was secluded and nice for the family. The response to the message was quick, and I was able to stay well without any inconvenience with Tatto, which is suitable for help. It is a happy accommodation that I want to come back to on my next trip. Best,

Janna is a wonderful proactive host who was a delight to deal with. Apartment is lovely and as described. Just be aware that you need Grabs or car to go virtually anywhere. Closest Malls just too far walk easily. Taxis do often wait outside the Security Gatehouse and guards are helpful when Grabs seem elusive on the App. Great stay - lovely place

Its my 2nd stay as i was highly satisfied with my previous stay. Very responsive host. The unit was beautiful with an excellent hot shower , AC works great , Watching Netflix just right in front of the comfy bed was amazingly entertaining.

We absolutely loved our stay here, especially the working stations. You can choose the perfect spot to set up your laptop, making it ideal for anyone working remotely. As a virtual assistant, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and productive environment. Sunsets and the skyline is just stunning! Although we didn't fully enjoy staying on the balcony because of the weather, everything else made up for it. Sadly, we couldn't enjoy the pool since it was under maintenance, but hopefully, we’ll get a chance to next time. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we’re grateful to the host for making our time here so peaceful and enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back to this beautiful place!

I got to enjoy this wonderful place for about 10 days. I can’t brag enough about it. Plenty of security so you always feel safe. Everything I needed could be find inside the small Airbnb. A lot of attention to detail went into making this place perfect. Found a small clothes steamer provided that allowed me to make my clothes wrinkle free. The Kitchenette had everything at your fingertips. A booklet was laminated that answered any questions you had. Spotlessly clean and everything worked! The host always responded very quickly. I will definitely stay again when I stay in CEBU again.
