Holiday rentals with a patio in Central Visayas

This was our third stay on John's place and I always loved to be here. Room is nice, comfortable and complete. The location is great which is very near to beaches! The place is always quiet, has the best view and I love the people around there! I hope to be back soon 🫶🏼💖

Good location.In the surrounding area, you can enjoy not only restaurants and facilities for resorts, but also shops where locals gather.There is a bus center, making it convenient to get to the main island of Cebu.The room is clean and the pool is comfortable.It's nice that you can use the private beach if you're a guest, even though it's paid.There were no towels when I entered the room and the safety box did not work, but when I contacted them, they responded immediately.

I had a great 3-night stay at Median Condo. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is super convenient — close to restaurants, cafes, and malls. The check-in was smooth and communication with the host (Ms. Mae) was easy & helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Cebu City!

It looks as expected. I love the design and color choices of the room. It is good enough to enjoy the stay. Everything is working. Good room to have a place to sleep and relax. Owner is friendly and understanding. Suggestion: It would have been better if there were more kitchen and room tools/essentials.

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and the surrounding area was amazing. Everything was at our fingertips and there were many places to visit and destinations to explore. The area was so peaceful and the people were so friendly. Maria and Chris were delightful to visit with and more than accommodating. I highly recommend visiting them at their establishment and doing yourself that privilege. Thank you 🙏 so much for the excellent food and hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

This is an accommodation that all the families who traveled together were satisfied. There was nothing lacking for multiple people to stay and the pool and view were really nice. The location is a little far from downtown Alona Beach, but they helped us right away with car layout if needed. I stayed for 3 nights, but I didn't clean it separately. (I think they only do it if requested) The towels were replenished upon request. It is expensive but the quick response from the house and the housekeeper seems to be worth it. We were able to have a great vacation. Especially, we were able to see the sunset every day and it's really beautiful.

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

My family enjoyed during their overnight stay.The place was neat and nice and matches the description. My family will probably come back again.Highly recommended.

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

This place was amazing!!! Even better than we thought it's gonna be. We have extended our stay as nothing else could compare with it and all of us felt great there. You could stay there for a week and don't leave this place and not feeling bored. Gilbert, a guy who was hosting us felt like being a part of our family. I have no words how to describe his help. He took us by heart. We are missing this place already same as we're missing Gilbert. Part of why we will be back is to see Gilbert. If you want to relax, but also feel local life this is the place. Better in real life than on the photos. We feel lucky finding this place.

My friends and I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive. check-in was super easy. The location was convenient and quiet, making it perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. I’d definitely recommend this spot and would happily stay here again.

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at Miriam & Malane’s place. Upon arriving at the place we saw a speaker with mic attached to it and started singing karaoke while relaxing a bit. The balcony view was breathtaking!! The place is accessible to nearby places to go, but we got lost the first day going to Ayala Malls (which is a funny experience for us) hahahaha the second day we opted to ask the lobby man for easiest route going to IT park, turns out there is another entrance/exit at the pool side. All in all the place and people were very accommodating. And we’d really love to come back. Thank you very much!

The unit is cozy and clean. It looks exactly the same as shown in the description. It is relatively close to restaurants and IT Park but a bit far from the beach. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at.

5 stars! This 1-bedroom condo in Cebu IT Park exceeded my expectations. The amount of space you get is incredible—definitely one of the largest condos I’ve stayed at in the area. It’s perfect if you're traveling with family or just want a bit more room to relax. The location is unbeatable with great walkability to restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The view from the unit is stunning and exactly like the photos—no surprises. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, space, and convenience in Cebu!
