We love the accommodation! The house is very good, spacious, it is in a very beautiful countryside location and close to the city. To our grateful surprise, there was air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, which helped us a lot with the heat in the region. Our family was very well accommodated and we enjoyed it a lot!

Amazing airbnb, beautiful apartment, decorated beautifully and stocked with everything you need. Marqherita was friendly, sent photos when arriving to show exactly how to get to her place. She had the kitchen stocked with goodies and food and drinks and fresh fruit for us when we arrived, very gracious and generous host. We loved our stay, comfortable and roomy. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The accommodation is very close to the motorway junction, perfect for excursions, especially in the direction of Lake Trasimeno and in all directions. Iperconad hypermarket with adjoining petrol station (one of the cheapest in the area) in the immediate vicinity. For me, a real strength. Clean, bright and well-furnished apartment, tastefully. Spacious living room and very comfortable bedroom. Anastasiia is a very courteous person and attentive to the needs of guests. To the question: "Would you take it back?" I booked months before but Tiziana informed me that she was giving me the address and phone number the day before, that is, when it would no longer be possible to cancel in case the information received was not satisfactory. When the day before she gave me the address indicating the street number but not the stairs where there were 14 stairs and therefore difficult to find. Tiziana gave me 5 phone numbers but they are all busy 24 hours a day and therefore impossible to communicate arrival time. Upon arrival, I drove around the gigantic complex several times by car and in the end Tiziana intercepted me (fortunately).
