The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. This peaceful and centrally-located bungalow is within 5 minutes walk of the picturesque port of Agios Nicolaos, 10 minutes walk to the village beach of Gnospi. Cafes, restaurants, shops are all within a short radius of the dacha. Fear not for it’s situation is perfect, the last house of the village before olive groves. Views of the mountains are breathtaking from the small garden. The dacha is surrounded by it’s own olive trees that provide shade when it is needed and sun elsewhere.
