The perfect location, private and only a few minute drive into Gytheio with nearby beaches to stroll. The property was absolutely beautiful with potted flowers, a small garden and citrus trees. A gorgeous view on a private veranda overlooking the water in the distance, perfect for morning coffee. The space was cozy and very clean. Melina was very responsive to questions, making us feel very comfortable with our stay.

A lovingly, tastefully decorated neighborhood with a blooming terrace garden that offers idyllic, cozy places where you can simply enjoy and rest, not to mention the nice pool and even nicer hostess, a feel-good oasis! Far exceeded all our expectations!

We loved our stay at Sofia’s place on Hydra. We had everything we needed plus the luxury of a garden with a path down to the sea. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We explored some hiking trails in the hills which were covered with wildflowers and we swam everyday in the clear waters. Sofia was so friendly and helpful: the perfect host. We’d love to return to Sophie’s place in the future

This was truly one of the best airbnbs (/holiday homes) we have ever stayed in. The place was beautiful and spacious, and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. You're just a couple of minutes walk down to the bustle of the town, but it was incredibly peaceful and quiet at night. Maria went above and beyond to help us with checking in and out, and gave us some great recommendations for beaches and eating out. As a couple, we felt we had lots of room which was great. The patio / garden was a great bonus, and it was lovely to sit in the sun with a coffee each morning. Could not recommend more.

Definitely one of the best places to stay in Kythera! Cathy and Dave were the perfect hosts, and everything was as expected and even better. Do not hesitate booking in one of their rooms, you are not going to regret it! Cheers!

Totally recommend! The place is clean, tastefully decorated in a minimalistic and stylish way, has everything you need, is private, and calm. The host is friendly, helpful, responsive, and attentive. The location is central to the island, we have visited every corner of the island and never had to drive for a long time (note that a car is highly recommended!). Great experience overall!

This was really a little bit of paradise by the sea! The views were fantastic, the whole place tranquil, perfect for some rest and relaxation. There is such a wonderful housekeeper who went out of her way to make sure we were happy, yet not intrusive. Eleni was also always communicating efficiently and effectively through Airbnb. We were slightly out of season, so the swimming pool was not in use, but that was no problem as the sea is right there and beautifully clear and warm in October! The water jetty was perfect for us to catch a taxi over to Spetses for dinner, what an experience!
