A stone-built house located in the village of Pikulianika right next to the archaeological site of Mystras, in a green landscape. It is 9 km from Sparta and 1 km from the entrance of the Byzantine castle of Mystras. It has an open plan living room and kitchen, with all the equipment for cooking. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The view from the balconies is amazing to the castle of Mystra and Sparta. Near the house there are shops for coffee and food. My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.
