Holiday rentals with beach access in Laconia

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

we stayed here for 4 nights and our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and taking in the views. A cute little walkway is just below, going along the water to a nice pier. You definitely need a car since it's out of any tourist area, but the drive there is really nice, about 2 hrs from Athens and only 20 min from Nafplio. Lots to discover all around. Christos is a great host, very responsive and had alot of great recommendations. One thing I would note; road noise can be loud since you're so close to a road (earplugs did the trick though).

Xénia was very welcoming, caring in our interactions . She was watching our arrival in front of her house. Complete restoration of the apartment with quality materials. Tasteful sober decor. We really enjoyed our short stay in Gythio and surroundings. The 2nd floor apartment offers a nice view of the bay and its island , with the mountains as a backdrop. Bars, restaurants nearby on foot. Marcos excellent led us to the room himself. He gave us all the information we needed.The house spacious very clean had all the amenities. The sea right next to the area beautiful. We will definitely go again.

Great stay! The host is very responsive and ensures that the accommodation is in perfect condition with small, very appreciable touches. The price is much more attractive than those of the accommodation located in the old town which is only a few minutes' walk away; the walk to get there is very pleasant. The apartment is fully equipped and is very suitable for 3 people for a short stay.

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Beautiful accommodation, ideally located in the middle of the olive trees! Quiet and peaceful, to visit the surroundings. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Great tips for sightseeing. I highly recommend these thoughtful hosts.

We had a great time at Dani’s place. Everything was as pictured and described. We were sadly delayed on the first day so were kindly offered to check out later on the last day. We loved sitting on the balcony and our dog enjoyed roaming the property. The local beach was lovely and quiet. Great places to eat only a short drive away. What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I felt comfortable with her right away. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could help in any way. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. This gem is located in the heart of an absolutely delightful village in the southern Peloponnese. With sea views and plenty of top tier local amenities and restaurants it's a fabulous location for a few days of local touring. It's easy to find and a pleasure to use and the host is one of the best. I absolutely give this a 100% recommendation!

We were delighted! Everything was exactly as described, very close to the center on foot, with many shops/cafes/supermarkets/restaurants around. Very easy access and very welcoming space. I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

Εμμανουίλα was responsive to our messages and provided us with a place to stay that met our expectations. The terrace is very nice and has an unobstructed sea view. A parking space is just outside the door but plenty of spaces are available on the street if needed.

We spent 6 most enjoyable nights in Nancy’s apartment in Nafplio. And it was a true spacious well-equipped apartment, not a studio. Parking was easy and the Wi-Fi super. Nancy was an impeccable host providing excellent information on a range of topics. The only small downside is its location, next to a school and despite double glazing you do get some noise. Houses across the road are rebuilding so a little noise from these currently as well. It’s also solid 20 minute walk to the old town/waterfront.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Thank you as a family to Despoina and Nikos! We were greeted earlier than the check-in time with understanding. They've been discreet and comfortable! The space was super clean, the house was completely functional for 2 adults and 3 young children. Equipped, thoughtful, and beautiful home. We used all the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom without any issues. Pharmacy, mini market and playground next to the house! Wonderful beaches from Panaritis to lakes, to choose everyone that suits him, and all a five minute drive on a smooth route. Monemvasia, Elafonisos and Neapoli within walking distance too. We had awesome quiet, relaxing, meeting lovely and friendly people in Helix! The home was our retreat and the base of excursion to many wonderful experiences.
