The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa Pineta is immersed in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Campo beach. The center of the village is within walking distance while a 1-minute path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Villa Sterlizia - Blue Apartment

Villa Sterlizia, consisting of 2 apartments, is located amidst the lush nature of Elba, in the village of Lacona. The Blu apartment, situated on the ground floor, offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for one person and a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom (with a double bed and 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a high chair (the latter two available on request).

Apartment Mirtillo is a charming apartment of about 25 sqm, located on the ground floor, with a private entrance and a spacious 20 sqm porch ideal for outdoor dining. In the garden, you will find sun loungers to sunbathe or relax while enjoying the sea view. The apartment is part of a villa consisting of four units, all on the ground floor and with separate entrances. It is a studio suitable for 2 or 3 people, carefully furnished and equipped with all comforts.

La Guardiola Capo Perla

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

The B&B Camere di Costanza is located in Lacona, in a sunny and quiet position from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view over two gulfs. The central location on the island is strategic for moving in all directions and allows you to reach some of the most interesting towns on Elba in about twenty minutes, such as Marina di Campo, Capoliveri and Portoferraio and their beaches.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated now in 2026. The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
