In the large outdoor spaces, there is a hot tub made with granite stones from the area, hammocks, sunbeds and a path inside the property that winds through centuries-old holm oaks. The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with no blackout blinds, a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The two bedrooms have large ceiling fans and double beds, and the bathroom is fully equipped with a convenient glass-walled shower. The outdoor pateo has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs Naregno beach, about 250 metres away, can be reached on foot. Ideal to spend days at the beach without having to use the car.

Villa Sterlizia, consisting of 2 apartments, is located amidst the lush nature of Elba, in the village of Lacona. The Blu apartment, situated on the ground floor, offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for one person and a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom (with a double bed and 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a high chair (the latter two available on request).

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
