L'Escale is a 20 m² studio attached to our house and ideally located: one hour from Bordeaux, close to the ocean beaches, all amenities, bike paths, 10 minutes from Lacanau Lake, 15 minutes from Maubuisson Lake, and 10 minutes from the tennis courts and golf courses of Lacanau. Everything can be done on foot or by bike! You will have a private terrace and parking space. This home is located in a quiet residence. Self-access for guests. Bed linen provided. Towels not provided.

We rent this newly built villa to families who would like to spend a stay facing the lake. The beach and its supervised swimming area are opposite, and the bike path to go to Lacanau or the ocean is 6 km away The house is fully air-conditioned and heated, with controls in each room. Three terraces allow you to have your meals or relax. The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenants. Or, upon request, it can be left to the hosts for a fee of €180.
