Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Our typical tchanquée cabin house is a must for a vacation on the basin, the place is a cocooning paradise where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Eyre valley near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km basin and 25 from the ocean without opposite and without noise. There are surveillance cameras in the parking lot at the entrance of the house.

It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.

Located 500 meters from the beach and shops, come and enjoy the serenity of the iodized air and all water sports. You will have the pleasure every morning of waking up with a hearty breakfast served on your terrace. (Please note that breakfast is not served during weekly rentals).
