Very nice 120 m2 apartment with panoramic views, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, 10 minutes walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.

This small cocoon classified as 2-star furnished tourism is located on Carreyre, on the ground floor 100 m from the lake with beach access directly at the end of the street. Beach 1 minute away and supermarket 5 minutes' walk from the house (and Lacanau city center 6 minutes away, yes, we timed it) where you will find restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. From the balcony, you can also admire the sunset every night...

Small paradise cocoon with sea view. We fell in love with the closed terrace to enjoy the view of the waves in all weather. Completely renovated by us, we made sure that you can see the sea from everywhere in the apartment (yes, even from the shower...) Direct access to the beach in a quiet residence, just a few minutes' walk from shops/restaurants. The perfect spot for a break for lovers...
