Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Alain and his family are sensational .nos have treated like at home very attentive to us that we will not lack anything . Very friendly and helpful . Un 10 . It is the perfect place and very close to Monaco, an idyllic and sensational place. I loved it and if I go back to Monaco repeat with them . Very close and friendly people . I left with sorrow . I would have stayed longer than how well I was . Thank you for everything you are a spectacular Alain family.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

This was the nicest airbnb/Vrbo I've ever stayed at! The place is gorgeous with rich history. Would stay again in a heartbeat if ever in the region again.

Our trip was lovely! The apartment was very clean, in a great location with a beautiful view of Cap d’Ail and the Mediterranean, and the amenities all worked perfectly. Simona was a gracious and responsive host. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

We are on the Côte d'Azur for a total of two weeks and have chosen this studio as our first accommodation. In retrospect, we would have liked to have stayed longer and were actually a little sad to have to leave our "oasis of peace". Catherine is very friendly and warm. She always responded very quickly to messages and even offered us a late check-out. The studio is really cute, there is a lot of love in the details. In the morning, we were awakened by birdsong and in the evenings, we enjoyed a good glass of wine on the terrace. Perfect for us city dwellers to relax! We took the cat straight to our hearts... and she probably took us to hers too, at least she came to visit us often. We highly recommend Catherine's studio. It is ideally located between Monaco & Nice and yet offers a lot of peace. Thank you Catherine for having us as guests. If we are in the region again, we will definitely come back.

Marco was great. Friendly, responsive, and accommodating. And was also flexible and helpful with things like check-in. His place was nice. Basically as the photos just as the photos show. Things like the bed was good. There's a bit of noise, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay. And I'd recommend anyone else to stay with Marco :)

We had an incredible stay at Corinne’s villa in Cap-d’Ail. The home is exactly as pictured. The views over the Mediterranean are awesome, and the outdoor space made it hard to leave the property at all. Mornings on the terrace and evenings with a glass of wine were a great. Corinne was a wonderful host — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She clearly cares about her guests having the best experience possible, and it shows in every detail of the home and her communication. The location is ideal — a short drive or walk to Monaco, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend!

A Riviera Gem Our stay at Villefranche-sur-Mer, hosted by Golden Triangle Concierge, was exceptional. The spectacular bay views and great location (supermarket a 5-minute walk, easy Uber/Bolt access, garage parking) made it perfect. The place is fully equipped (dishwasher, washer, espresso machine) allowing us to enjoy meals on the balcony. While the bakery is a 15-20 minute walk and the marina involves a slight hike, the responsive and amazing host made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend for families or friends!

You can go with confidence, eyes closed. Everything matches the descriptions. Nothing to say about the cleanliness, the beauty of the studio, the quiet, the organisation, … . The contact with Marion was very friendly, attentive to the customer and above all did the maximum to satisfy their desire. I would highly recommend it✨

It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Conor's home is in a beautiful location..close to beach and resturants and shops. house is spacious, clean and with strong ACs (a must have in summer in the region) Conor responds quickly to questions and offers many useful suggestions. if in Villefranche, book Conor's place

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

Superb accommodation, the hosts are as superb as the apartment. Very nice, very accommodating. The apartment's equipment is just great. A parking space has been made available to us, if you come by sports car you have plenty of space, plus it is very secure. I've never had such a great experience with Airbnb. The apartment’s location was excellent — just a short walk from everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, from fresh coffee to beach towels and even a sunshade, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, which added to our peace of mind. We also had one of the smoothest and most pleasant check-in experiences we’ve ever had, and the host was exceptionally responsive, answering all our questions almost instantly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
