In a 19th-century house with a 5,000 m² garden, renovated in 2020, enjoy a self-contained 90 m² accommodation unit in a wing of the house, complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11 m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible to a 180 cm bed), a 30 m² living room, and a private terrace. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.

Caillou's house

In the heart of the village of La Roche-Chalais, in the Périgord Vert, between forest and river, come and rest at the Maison de Caillou. You get a private entrance, overlooking a private garden. All amenities are within walking distance (bakery, butcher shop, post office, bank, supermarkets, swimming pool, cinema, etc.), including the church that rings every hour, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.

It's a nice trailer in its fern forest, on the edge of a beautiful pond, where you will be totally immersed in the forest, in an enchanting and quiet setting. No neighbors, except for deer, frogs and herons, you will be able to recharge your batteries and find serenity in contact with nature.
