Découvrez ce logement de 44m2 situé au coeur de La Roche Chalais. Appartement calme et proche de toutes ses commodités (boulangeries, bars, restaurants, tabac, supermarchés..) La cuisine est équipée d’un frigo, un four, un micro-ondes, machine à café et une plaque de cuisson. Une machine à laver est disponible dans le logement ainsi qu’un étendoir à linge. À l’étage, le logement dispose d’un coin nuit avec un lit de 140x190. Le canapé est convertible. Salle de bain avec douche et wc.

Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

Private pond with 2 islets for fishing, boating, etc. Our horses live peacefully on the property.

The beautiful Girondine is happy to welcome you to its adjoining cottage (40m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with its wine-making activities, located only 1.5 km from the centre of Saint-Émilion and offers parking and a bicycle shelter. British Franco, Jany and his daughter Felicia will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on the sights to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate.
