The loft is a cozy accommodation, it is located in one of the smallest and quietest neighborhoods of Telde. There is free public outdoor parking. The land of the loft was once a farm of prickly pears and banana trees. 10 min from the airport, 15 min from Las Palmas, and 20 from our beloved Playa de las Canteras. *If your arrival time is after 10pm, please let us know in advance.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

IMPORTANT: see the photos of the access staircase. It is not suitable for reduced mobility and difficult for very large and heavy suitcases. Our small Loft-Attic (complete room with kitchen and separate bathroom from the main house) is on the first floor, with direct and independent access from the street. It is located in a historic neighborhood. A very quiet place to rest and very central. It's a single-family house, we live next door.

Good connections, just two kilometers from Telde's best beaches and the city's emblematic heart. Lots of open spaces in the accommodation to enjoy with peace of mind. When the accommodation is booked for stays of 2 nights and there are 3 or 4 guests, there will be an additional charge of €30 for cleaning.
