Magnificent apartment in one of the best tourist areas in the Canary Islands, just 100 metres from Playa de Mogán and with the best views of the marina. A cosy and quiet space where you can enjoy your holidays, fully equipped to meet your needs. Apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a separate living room. The first bedroom has a 150 cm bed, and the second bedroom has two 90 cm beds. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes and bedside tables. The living room is very comfortable and cosy, with a TV and two sofas. On the balcony, there is a side table with two stools where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views. The apartment is not suitable for children under 8 years of age or for people with reduced mobility, as there are 40 steps to climb to access it. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. There is a €50 charge for guests who lose the key to the accommodation.

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
