Magnificent apartment in one of the best tourist areas in the Canary Islands, just 100 meters from Playa de Mogán and with the best views of the marina. A cozy and quiet space where you can enjoy your vacation, fully equipped to meet your needs. Apartment distributed in two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and separate living room. The first bedroom has one bed of 150cm and the second, two 90cm beds. On both bedrooms there are large closets and nightstands. The living room is very comfortable and welcoming with TV and two sofas. On the balcony there is a side table with two stools where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views. The apartment is not suitable for children under 8 years old or for people with reduced mobility since to access it you have to climb 40 steps. Smoking on the terrace only, no pets allowed. They are not allowed. Losing the key to the accommodation will cost the guest €50.

Villa The Palms is located in the exclusive and quiet Meloneras area. The development is surrounded by the golf course. The villa is surrounded by a garden of different varieties of palm trees and consists of 5 rooms (one of them on the ground floor suitable for people with disabilities) tastefully decorated as well as with spacious and diaphanous spaces to make living together easier and more comfortable. It is equipped with a Life Fitness gym as well as a pool with whirlpool.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

Great vacation home in Puerto de Mogan. Renovated in 2018 with the best materials and modern and elegant decoration. It consists of a hall, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious living room-kitchen. It also has a large roof terrace where you can sunbathe or go up to eat outdoors. With all amenities such as a washing machine, oven, built-in microwave, air conditioning, and a rain shower. With two facades, it is an apartment with lots of light.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
