Nice little apartment with sea views.

Hi , I present to you this pretty little apartment completely renovated which has been a family property for 30 years! We usually spend our vacations during the summer season, which we want to share outside the season because the setting is very nice! A sea view with a sea-facing terrace where you can have your breakfast while enjoying the setting. The residence is very quiet and very friendly, it has a staircase that goes down to a cove which we consider to be private. You can go fishing, as you stroll along the beach with a free 200 m launch for your boat if you want to bring it. Next to the apartment, we have a bike path to go to town or for a stroll. TV and Wi-Fi, equipped terrace. Cleaning and linen included. July and August, rental is only by the week T3 at the back of my primary residence but independent.

In the pretty village of La Plaine-sur-Mer, shops are nearby and the beach is a 20-minute walk away, all the elements are combined to spend a pleasant stay. For the most globetrotters, the region offers many tours within a radius of 50 km... Pornic, Saint Nazaire, Nantes etc...

You will surely fall in love with the view from the terrace over the sea and the panoramic view of the Bay and Tharon. During low tides you can fish for clams, Cormier beach is famous for this. You can indulge in board sports (Sailing, Windsurfing, Windsurfing, Kite Surfing) the spot is very popular and very secure. Our 90 m2 family home on a 1000 m2 lot has the comfort of a vacation home, and direct access to the beach.
