Nice little apartment with sea views.

Hi , I present to you this pretty little apartment completely renovated which has been a family property for 30 years! We usually spend our vacations during the summer season, which we want to share outside the season because the setting is very nice! A sea view with a sea-facing terrace where you can have your breakfast while enjoying the setting. The residence is very quiet and very friendly, it has a staircase that goes down to a cove which we consider to be private. You can go fishing, as you stroll along the beach with a free 200 m launch for your boat if you want to bring it. Next to the apartment, we have a bike path to go to town or for a stroll. Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @OMSTYLE HOME, 38 m2 + 6 m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator, not overlooked. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking SEA VIEW terrace and greenery. In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!

This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.

This apartment is located in Sainte Marie sur Mer, on the ground floor of our house, with a separate garden. In a warm and comfortable atmosphere, you will find a 30 m2 living room, kitchen and living room, a 15 m2 bedroom and a shower room. Our apartment has been recently renovated! It is located 30 meters from Porteau Beach, 1.2 km from Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer and 3 km from Pornic. Guests can park their car in the beach parking lot, located in front of the house.
