An extremely friendly welcome by Nicole and Marc who are really concerned about the well-being of their tenants and very caring. A lovely and comfortable little house, furnished with a lot of taste and refinement, impeccably clean, whose location close to the coastal path allows beautiful walks. Very nice bedding. Very charming garden. All the conditions are in place for a great stay. I would highly recommend it

Nice little house, really only 50 meters to the beach (to the water a little further at low tide). Pascale welcomed us very nicely in person, explained everything. He even had boards for the motorcycles on hand. Someone thought of everything. Also in the house. Great recommendation for the evening is the beach bar La Cabane only 400m away. Great stay. Gladly come back.

Philippe is a very welcoming, caring and very kind host. Few hosts offer freshly caught fish or think of croissants on the day of departure. it feels like home. We regret not being able to stay longer. We'll probably be right back

Beatrice and her little family, we have spent an excellent weekend in Brigitte's house, spacious, very nice garden, quiet neighborhood, very well received and attentive by her sister. Brigitte is very responsive to messages and cool for the departure time. I would recommned this property

My family and I had a great week at Catherine's family home. The place is adorable, tastefully decorated and comfortable bedding. We particularly enjoyed the lovely back garden for sunny breakfasts and naps in the middle of the plants. The sea right in front offers a great view all day and especially in the evening where we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets at the dinner. Thank you for a lovely relaxing holiday and close to several beautiful places.

We had a lovely weekend at Eric's place. The house is true to the description namely Zen and Cosy. The decor is very nice and the house is very well-equipped. Close to shops and especially the beautiful beach of Les Demoiselles, everything is there for a great time. In addition, Eric was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you again Eric for staying in your beautiful home that we will surely return to. We would highly recommend.

We loved having the animals around and were happy to feed them and look after them. The pool was lovely to use and the children enjoy greatly. The walk to the beech was not too far and the sand is wonderful once you get there.

The house is faithful to the description, well laid out, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 minutes' walk from the beach and a dozen from the small city centre. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the description of the listing but I think that given the price of the rental it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there is no basic grocery store (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) nor basic hygiene (toilet paper, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if you have to return the keys at 10 a.m.!

Very nice house, nice furnishings, quiet location, very close to beach and restaurants. Host was very quick to respond. House was very clean. Off street parking for one car. Had amazing weather. All good. Recommend.

Thanks to Julie for her responsiveness. Very well-equipped accommodation to come as a large group or family with everyone's privacy preserved but also spacious places to meet all together, we will not hesitate to come back if an opportunity arises.

Very nice we met up with cousins in Fetia's house! Welcoming house, very well equipped (kitchen), with beautiful volumes in all rooms, neat decoration. A very nice, quiet garden. The beach is nearby at the end of the street, and beautiful walks nearby. We'll go back!

Very pleasant stay in Phanie's accommodation! She was flexible and available, so thank you! The accommodation is clean, well arranged so that you are not on top of each other even with 10! The heated pool with deckchairs is the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the baby items available if needed, as well as the foosball and board games. The accommodation is close to amenities so you don't miss anything, close to the beach for a walk. A place to keep!

Everything was perfect! Excellent exchanges with Delphine and Thomas who were very welcoming. We had a great stay enjoying the house and the outside (swimming pool and outdoor games for children)!

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

Weekend more than great. the accommodation is perfect, lots of space both in the kitchen, the living room, the bedrooms and the outdoor space is very appreciable and not overlooked. the big plus is the very convenient laundry room with the second fridge. I highly recommend this accommodation and Laëtitia is a perfect host. i can't wait to get back to that

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!
