Completely renovated in June 2021 and expanded at the beginning of 2023, it is perfect for exclusive holidays in front of the Maddalena archipelago. It features two floors joined by an external staircase, with a large porticoed area for windy days. Inside, a large living room, with windows that open onto the garden and the pool, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 places) including 3 master bedrooms with king-size bed and private bathroom, 4 bathrooms, barbecue, parking spaces covered.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Villa Belò is a seaside villa. It is situated on the bay of Passo della Moneta, in the locality of the same name. Facing Caprera Island, the island of the Hero of the Two Worlds Giuseppe Garibaldi. a beautiful project that in its recent renovation (2024) kept its guidelines reminiscent of the 1970s. Simple, colourful, fresh, it recalls the typical holidays of those years. Equipped with all the necessary comforts for a minimalist holiday with the beach on the doorstep.

It consists of a large living room with dining area, kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the pool and a third double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the garden there is also a beautiful BBQ area with pizza oven.
