Elegant and spacious studio apartment with sea view, newly built ideal for a couple. Located a 5-minute walk from the historic center, it is equipped with every comfort, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher, a comfortable double bed, TV, WiFi, air conditioning completed by a balcony overlooking the sea with table and chairs. The spacious and bright bathroom is equipped with a large shower, washing machine and dryer. It is sanitized with a special machine.

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

Beautiful flat on the beach. Inserted in a small seaside residence, unique in its kind. Maison Monte d'A Rena overlooks the beach of the same name (Cala Monte d'Arena) about 10 meters from the shoreline. The flat is composed of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. The peculiarity is that each room has direct access to the outside, for a romantic getaway by the sea without the other guests noticing. One room has an en suite bathroom.
