A large common living area, furnished with comfortable sofas, a rich library with various books that range from topics on art, classics, alternative medicine etc... paintings, artistic photos on the walls, parquet floors covered by ancient Persian rugs that make the atmosphere of the house, stereo and tv. Easily accessible from the port and airport, just a few minutes from the best beaches , just 15 minutes from the Costa Smeralda and Porto Rotondo. A welcoming ,artistic and positive atmosphere is all we reserve for our welcome guests.

The Italia room is located on the second floor (no elevator) is large spacious with a double bed and two single beds. Suitable for families, it accommodates up to 4 people. It has a private bathroom, but it is not located inside the room, in fact you have to cross the common room to access it. It has a small balcony overlooking Via XX Settembre, one of the main pedestrian streets on the island. Independent air conditioning (hot/cold) and 40" LCD TV.
