Monthly Rentals in La Jolla, San Diego

Bob and Gladys are very nice and friendly. Since I just moved to the city they let me to use their postal address for my mails. Even after check out they agreed to save my mails until my I update my address change. The stay was pleasant and place was very clean. I would stay longer if it wasn’t fully booked for the next couple of months.

Had an amazing time staying here. This was the perfect situation for me and what I needed for my long-term (around 3 month) stay. The location was very central to so many different areas, whether that was Downtown, Balboa Park, Mission Bay, etc. Additionally, Betsy was a great host who was always very proactive about communicating if something was going on with the house (such as a maintenance guy coming over). Would definitely recommend the stay

Location, location, location ! This place was perfect. You can see the sea from the living room area and you're literally on the beach/rocks when you step outside the back of the apartment building. It's a spectacular location. In addition, the apartment is just as you see in the photos; wonderful space, lots of light and nice furnishings. The beds have nice linens and are very comfortable. If you like to cook, the gas stove is great and kitchen well set up. The property management team were quick to answer the couple of questions I had. My wife and I stay for the month and really loved this place. We'd definitely try to stay here again if we have another visit San Diego.

Our time at Jeff’s place was amazing. Very nice studio with everything that you need, it was very cozy and calm. It straight away felt like home away from home! Jeff was also an amazing host, if I needed some help with something he would always help me, and he was always very friendly. I would for sure stay here again if i am going back to San Diego:)
