It has been lovingly maintained throughout the years adding updates and personal touches. The house is very elegant with many exquisite details and breathtaking ocean views from most rooms. Terrific for family and business travelers. There is a central mosaic brick Patio/living with BBQ - looking onto beautiful tropical hillside garden - terrific for outside dining, conversation and entertaining. 3 decks allow you to relax and enjoy the expansive vistas. The kitchen is bright, airy and roomy. it is fully equipped with all needed cooking utensils along with a subzero refrigerator and Thermador stove/oven. There is a nice conversation area off the kitchen because we know that everyone always ends up in the kitchen! :) Expansive ocean views are enjoyed from the large living room which includes plenty of seating. There is a wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV. The living room opens up to an enclosed veranda with queen futon ( can sleep 2) and then onto a deck with breathtaking ocean views Two king bedrooms are upstairs with two bathrooms and two king bedrooms are downstairs with one bath. Another livingroom/ den is between downstairs bedrooms that includes pull out queen bed ( special mattress that includes airbed - very comfortable) and large flat screen TV Each downstairs king bedroom opens on to a beautiful expansive deck perfect for relaxing. Beautiful decks with ocean views. BBQ in private patio with outside table and couch seating area. Beach chairs and boogie boards ( 4 each), beach towels, cooler, umbrella and beach toys provided for beach fun located in kitchen closet. Full size Washer and Dryer located in laundry room. **This is a friendly residential neighborhood in the village of La Jolla and we ask that you respect our neighbors tranquility and keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. We are available to our guests for orientation and to answer any questions The setting is an exclusive high-end residential neighborhood in La Jolla. Family-friendly and with a European village feel, the area is known for its shopping and dining opportunities. Walk to boutiques and restaurants, plus La Jolla Cove and Park. Walk to all! Driveway parking for one car - and plenty of street parking. There is Avis car rental withing walking distance as well. The house is exquisitely appointed by local designer. Luxury linens adorn each bed ( 4 king and 1 queen). Each bedroom has plenty of storage and closet space. Completely outfitted gourmet kitchen for culinary preparation
