We live very close and are very familiar with the area and would love to offer you suggestions on where to go or what things to do in order to make your visit the best possible. If any concerns or issues arise, we are nearby and able to respond quickly. You can arrive at the sand or pull up to the Legoland gate in 10 minutes! Great location with the grocery store, post office, luxury movie theater, and several eateries across the street. If it's golfing you're looking for, several award-winning courses surrounding and your own putting green right in your backyard! Not to mention all the trails, parks, and attractions San Diego has to offer. A car is recommended, but not required in Carlsbad. There is plenty of public transportation to get around (bus, train, or Uber). If you do have a vehicle, we have plenty of parking! Enough driveway space for 4 vehicles. Spacious apartment, old world charm

Our open-space apartment is full of charm and character. From the Spanish-tiled private entry to the footed tub shower, you will experience a unique feeling. Enjoy the nearby vibrant restaurant scene as well as the rooftop deck with its harbor view! The ceilings are low in a couple spots and could be a challenge for folks who are especially tall. My boyfriend is 6'4" and has learned to adapt! It may be something to consider. House noises travel in this old home, so it can be a factor for some.
