Great location near the bay, includes two bikes, and two parking spots. Is a cozy spot that is perfect for two people. Great communication and accommodated early check in.

My stay was very peaceful and comfortable. The hosts were always very responsive and communicated very proactively. I stayed in this Airbnb for few days with my parents while visiting San Diego and we indeed had a really comfortable stay.

We LOVED staying here. You cannot beat the view of the ocean at this location. It was so hard to leave the home to go explore other areas of San Diego! I truly appreciated the unit having beach chairs so we didn't have to go out and find them ourselves. We walked across the street to the beach and loved our time there. The garage is such a nice perk as well, the area felt safe. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Johnathan and Cindy's place. It felt like home for our almost two week stay. The kitchen was very well appointed with every cooking utensil you need, the bed very comfy, just everything you need. Our thoughtful hosts planned every detail, with little cute signs all over the appartment. We hope to be back, thank you for sharing your lovely place.

Great location , if you are looking for a peaceful and quite with beach access, close to restaurants, not too far from downtown or airport, this is a great spot . Again just a reminder it is not the upscale area , more of a local experience. Felt safe and walkable to beach .

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. My family and I loved this property, the location was looking out at the bay which made for a perfect view. The condo also was perfectly located near the boardwalk, cafes, and restaurants so we rarely had to drive anywhere. At night we enjoyed watching the fireworks from seaworld out on the porch, the evenings were quiet which was also nice since my parents are seniors. Tooraj was very communicative about property and to contact him if anything was needed but everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful family vacation I would absolutely stay here again.

You can’t beat the un obstructive view of the ocean! Beautiful, clean and spacious condo. The little dog park out back was a nice touch. Parking was super easy and helpful! Within walking distance to many places. One of the best places we’ve stayed at!

Location was perfect! It could get a little noisy with planes overhead but that died down around bed time so not a huge deal. Overall a great experience

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

Had a great stay! The lock of the main door is a bit strange and should be replaced, as well as the pillows of the bed, these should also be replaced. Otherwise, was nice and I would stay here again.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.
