I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful location, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The location was absolutely ideal. Nestled in a serene area yet close to local attractions, it made exploring effortless. The setup of the house was perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The inside was pristine. It was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodations exceeded our expectations! With ample space and comfortable furnishings, we felt like we were in a luxury retreat. The breathtaking views were the cherry on top. Waking up to such stunning scenery was a highlight of our trip. I cannot wait to rent here again in the Fall! Highly recommended!

My stay was very peaceful and comfortable. The hosts were always very responsive and communicated very proactively. I stayed in this Airbnb for few days with my parents while visiting San Diego and we indeed had a really comfortable stay.

We LOVED staying here. You cannot beat the view of the ocean at this location. It was so hard to leave the home to go explore other areas of San Diego! I truly appreciated the unit having beach chairs so we didn't have to go out and find them ourselves. We walked across the street to the beach and loved our time there. The garage is such a nice perk as well, the area felt safe. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Johnathan and Cindy's place. It felt like home for our almost two week stay. The kitchen was very well appointed with every cooking utensil you need, the bed very comfy, just everything you need. Our thoughtful hosts planned every detail, with little cute signs all over the appartment. We hope to be back, thank you for sharing your lovely place.

Tony’s listing was exactly as described in photos & writeup. Very clean & on point. Responds quickly & gave us a heads up prior about a Marathon going on so we could plan travel accordingly. Located in area where you can walk to local restaurants & bars. If traveling to San Diego again, I will most certainly book this place again.

Beautiful unit with very pretty views. It’s fair to mention there is a unit above this one and the sound from walking about is very loud. The seals are also extremely loud with their barking. For some guests who are noise sensitive this may be difficult. Ear plugs were provided which was a very nice touch. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with spacious layout allowing for the bedrooms to be at opposite ends of the condo which gives couples or friends an opportunity for a little privacy if needed. The condo was very well stocked with all the supplies you would need from home. It's nice staying somewhere where you don't have to run out to the grocery store to get paper towels, trash bags, aluminum foil, etc. The bose soundlink speaker was a nice added touch because I forgot my jbl speaker. We had a great time and the location is perfect for long walks along the pacific beach boardwalk. More specifically on the location you are only 1 block from the start of the restaruants and bars but far enough away to still get a good nights sleep. I highly recommend this place.

Great location , if you are looking for a peaceful and quite with beach access, close to restaurants, not too far from downtown or airport, this is a great spot . Again just a reminder it is not the upscale area , more of a local experience. Felt safe and walkable to beach .

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

Place is clean and has an amazing view, Savana was responsive. Parking is a great.

Kimberly‘s unit was a great option for a local event. It was spacious, convenient and very well priced. The kitchen was well appointed and there were excellent restaurants nearby. They were very responsive and checked in frequently during our stay. We would definitely recommend and rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. We had a great stay and it was the perfect size for our family of five. We loved how close it was to everything. We were able to walk to Restaurants, Ralph's and even Belmont Park. Beach access was super convenient and close as well, maybe a minute walk down a little pathway.

My family and I loved this property, the location was looking out at the bay which made for a perfect view. The condo also was perfectly located near the boardwalk, cafes, and restaurants so we rarely had to drive anywhere. At night we enjoyed watching the fireworks from seaworld out on the porch, the evenings were quiet which was also nice since my parents are seniors. Tooraj was very communicative about property and to contact him if anything was needed but everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful family vacation I would absolutely stay here again.

You can’t beat the un obstructive view of the ocean! Beautiful, clean and spacious condo. The little dog park out back was a nice touch. Parking was super easy and helpful! Within walking distance to many places. One of the best places we’ve stayed at!

Had a great stay! The lock of the main door is a bit strange and should be replaced, as well as the pillows of the bed, these should also be replaced. Otherwise, was nice and I would stay here again.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Evan's place was a fantastic spot to unwind and reflect. I was dealing with the recent loss of a family member, so this was more than just a getaway for me. The sound of the surf really calmed me, and as a vacation spot it would be difficult to improve on his place. I hope to return when I'm in a more centered frame of mind.

Awesome place on the beach! Being able to open the screen doors to feel the breeze and hear the ocean made us excited to come back from exploring the area. Easy to get to the car in/out when needed. Beach access directly at the bottom of the apartment, using all the provided beach accessories Nick provided in the well equipped apartment. Plenty of bars and restaurants walkable, or even stores to grab a bottle of wine to stay in. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely book again for our next San Diego trip.
