Thank you for a comfortable and unparallel location in beautiful Del Mar. The resort’s amenities like pool, jacuzzi, towels, free laundry, made it a great and comfortable stay. View to the ocean from the pool area and a little from the condo, was so enjoyable. Walkability to describe park and beach was great to go back and forth. Great restaurants within arms reach as well. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

This is our family second time coming to Oceanside. The home is clean close to the beach and restaurants. Cassandra does a great job communicating and getting back to you. We’ve never had any issues or any concerns. We’ll definitely be back for a third time. We absolutely love staying here.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

The Air B&B is centrally located in San Diego. It was spotless. We felt very safe and had much privacy in the condo. It was also very quiet. We would rent this condo again. This condo is above and beyond what a 4/5 star hotel can offer.

This studio was amazing. The community was so wonderful with a tropical feel with the landscaping. Fountains and ponds everywhere. It was serene. Just what we needed. We grilled and brought the food back to the place where we enjoyed meals on the incredible patio. The big pool was great, but we spent more time at the smaller pool and at the beach which was just a half block away. Parking was easy. The area had great shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Home is in a great location! Close to lots of things to do in San Diego. The city view from the living room was a joy to look at as well

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Nice place with amazing location. If you are looking for a place close by the shore and gaslamp’s bars/restaurants and night clubs this is the place. Not too quiet area but peaceful and safe.

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

Place felt like home, peacful, quiet, was able to have everything I needed in one place. Thelma was very kind and made our stay very welcoming. Thank you so much for helping us during our vacation. Highly recommened place to stay.
