Bel appartement spacieux et lumineux dans une copropriété récente et bien sécurisée. Propre et bien équipé, très bien insonorisé bien que situé sur une avenue passante. Accès très facile et bien expliqué. Le plus : le grand lit confortable et la place de parking au sous sol. Communication facile et fluide avec Youri. Cet appartement mérite bien sa bonne notation.

aller travailler à la défense à pied, quel luxe ! tram dispo sinon. balcon, cuisine ok, machine dolce gusto avec capsules, bouilloire, linge de salle de bain et de lit, appartement chaud dès l'arrivée. Commercial itinérant national, rare sont les Airbnb a cette hauteur de prestation. salle de bain petite oui, mais elle dispose de tout le nécessaire. A non, juste besoin d'un sèche cheveux. L’appartement correspondait à la description et à nos attentes: propre, refait à neuf, bien localisé et à prix raisonnable. Des épiceries, boulangeries, pâtisseries et restaurants à proximité. Le transport public facilement accessible à partir de la gare à quelques minutes de marche nous connecte à tous le réseaux de la région de Paris (château de Versailles, musée du Louvre, Tour Eiffel, etc.). Fabienne nous a reçus à bras ouverts et donnés plusieurs conseils et suggestions sur le transport et activités. Nous n’hésiterions pas à louer cet appartement à nouveau.

Wij hebben drie nachten in dit appartement verbleven en zijn erg tevreden. Het was makkelijk te vinden en we konden gratis parkeren op straat, wat ideaal is als je met de auto komt, zoals wij. Het appartement was ruim en schoon, precies zoals op de foto's. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel; ze reageerde snel op onze vragen. Toen we bijvoorbeeld niet wisten hoe de magnetron werkte, kregen we direct een duidelijke uitleg. Er is een mogelijkheid om met het openbaar vervoer naar de stad te reizen, maar dat hebben wij niet gedaan. Voor ons was dit iets te omslachtig vanwege overstappen. We kozen ervoor om met Uber te reizen, wat erg goed werkte, er was altijd snel een Uber beschikbaar. Al met al een prettig verblijf, vooral als je houdt van rust en niet midden in de drukte van de stad wilt zitten. Je krijgt een groot, schoon appartement in een rustige omgeving.

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
