Quiet and peaceful old house in the middle of nature. Ideal for getting together and having fun in the garden , or in the large living room if the weather is less favorable. Well-equipped kitchen.

Good instructions. A clean, tidy and interesting apartment. Sofa bed was very comfy. If you have the windows open at night, there might be some road noise, but it wasn't a problem for us. Easy bike storage down a lockable side alley.

We had a great time with the family in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. The house is very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The garden is beautiful and the setting is absolutely enchanting. The area is full of treasures to discover. A big thank you to Carole for her warm welcome and availability. Tom was a spectacular host. Super friendly and always attentive to our needs. The house is spectacular, very nice very well equipped and close to the circuit. You can go by foot or by tram. I would repeat without hesitation. Many thanks Tom! See you next time! we'll be back!

We had the pleasure of staying with Stéphanie and Cyril. This is a nice farmhouse very well furnished. All the conditions are there for a great time. We were able to reunite as a family for the holiday season. Very well equipped and bright kitchen, very spacious living area and impeccable bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Everything is decorated tastefully. And the little plus the cats who lead their lives quietly by letting us enjoy their presence and some hugs. Don't hesitate because you'll feel right at home Stéphanie and Cyril.

Very nice property, excellent kitchen Beautiful exterior except the jacuzzi where the water became dirty and the unpleasant smell from Saturday The only real concern is the refrigerator in the summer kitchen that doesn't work, so one refrigerator is insufficient for so many people

The place is really great. Everything is new and functional. The garden is enclosed and not overlooked. Everything is in place for a wonderful time.

The cottage is located in a very nice environment, very peaceful (trees, protected pond...). There is plenty of space around the house and perfectly enclosed. The accommodation is functional and spacious for a group, very well equipped and well designed. Very positive, the equipment of a games room inside ( foosball, billiards, darts...) and boules courts outside. We recommend and thank Romain for his availability.

Nathalie and Richard received us with great care; they are people who are very attentive to our comfort and very available. The place is exceptional. Out of sight and noise, a terrace, a courtyard flooded with greenery and a large garden are at your disposal in the middle of the city. The accommodation is fully equipped, nothing is missing and impeccably clean. I recommend it +++

Perfect accommodation for our overnight stay for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. We appreciated the clear instructions and the quality of the accommodation. The towels folded and arranged on the beds were the little extra that makes you happy when you arrive. If you are visiting the area, the house is ideal.

Stunning house, friendly host in a peaceful rural but very secure location. Great for 2 parents and one child (although child bedroom is upstairs from adults’). Hosts are so friendly and camp at the end garden, which was unobtrusive and we had no problem with. A little expensive perhaps….but it was Le Mans weekend, so was competitive. Due to its immaculate (IMMACULATE!) presentation, proximity of owners and peaceful location, it really will suit renters who are looking for a quiet oasis. Not suitable for party people. Lovely cat slept on my daughter’s bed - so suits cat lovers 🙂. We will be back.

Sophie and Fabrice own a beautiful little house with a park bordered by a relaxing river with a pond. We rested in this calm. I recommend this little haven of peace.
