Located 400 m from the centre of the village, a small town with character and all amenities (bakery, butcher, mini-market, bar, open even on Sunday mornings; pharmacy and medical centre), our detached, single-storey house, with its enclosed courtyard and large garden, will gladly welcome you. In summer, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its recreation centre in the village. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo and the Château du Lude, and 35 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit

This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

Le Gîte "La Terrasse du Loir" est privatif (ouvert depuis 2021), piscine privative également et sans vis-à-vis. La piscine et l'abri télescopique ont été installés en 2022, elle est chauffée à 29° En 2026: Piscine chauffée du 27 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
