Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

It is conveniently located a 5/10-minute walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and a stone's throw from Canal Saint-Martin. The Château Landon metro station is at the bottom of the apartment. It is surrounded by many shops and neighborhood restaurants, including Rue du Faubourg St Martin and along the Canal.

Cozy and bright apartment!

Ideal for living Parisian life for a weekend as a couple or alone! Very well located in the 18th arrondissement: 15 minutes' walk from Montmartre/10 minutes from La Villette. Direct access to central Paris (Marx Dormoy metro) and direct access to the Stade de France (Bus 153) The neighborhood, popular and lively, is filled with nice bars and restaurants. This is the apartment I live in, I am very attached to it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! No TV but chromecast and screen

This apartment is unique both for its style and the exceptional view that it offers on the Butte Montmartre, the Sacre Coeur and the rooftops of Paris. Being classified as a tourist, you benefit from a reduced rate on the tourist tax. You will have all the comforts for a memorable stay in Paris. It is close to Adidas Arena and Stade de France. Please note that the accommodation is not accessible to people with disabilities. Presence of a PRM but insufficient width of the doors.
