Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Montmartre beautiful duplex with Sacré Coeur view!

The thoughtful art pieces and modern fixtures express the true Parisian style giving each space a bold and authentic feel. You will enjoy a taste of luxury in Paris : breathtaking views on Sacré-Coeur and .... some space ! The flat is 45 sq. m. large. You can reach any part of Paris very quickly thanks to metro line 2, 4 and 12 all very close to the flat. The flat is very bright and calm.

Cozy and bright apartment!

Ideal for living Parisian life for a weekend as a couple or alone! Very well located in the 18th arrondissement: 15 minutes' walk from Montmartre/10 minutes from La Villette. Direct access to central Paris (Marx Dormoy metro) and direct access to the Stade de France (Bus 153) The neighborhood, popular and lively, is filled with nice bars and restaurants. This is the apartment I live in, I am very attached to it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! No TV but chromecast and screen

Welcome to our home, a former hotel room in a beautiful 30's building registered as Historical Monument, on the 5th floor with lift, with a large private terrace overlooking the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed "New Brooklyn". Located in the centre of the "Golden Triangle" (Hoche district), in the immediate vicinity of Paris, it is close to all amenities and transport in a quiet environment, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. contemporary apt with terrace

Notre appartement est unique, avec une décoration pointue et une vue imprenable sur tout Paris depuis la terrasse donnant notamment directement sur le Sacré-Coeur.
