The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

New modern year-round cottage with all amenities located scenic right on Murtejønn. Sunny and undisturbed patio. Ski slopes at the cabin door, which are connected to the trail network in summer and winter at Bortelid. Nice hiking trails and great opportunities for mountain biking. Ski resort at Bortelid. Smart TV, fibre and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for home offices. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located on its own on the lower level, towards the water. Great holiday spot 12 months a year!

Cabin at Bjørndalsvatn. The address is Bjørndalen 12 in Evje municipality. Cozy cabin with electricity and water. The cabin is very sunny in quiet nice surroundings. The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Cozy fully-equipped family cabin with 3 bedrooms, shared living room/kitchen and bathroom. Well suited for a big family but can also fit two little ones. WiFi, electricity, water and firewood. Soak in the sun and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee in the morning from the large veranda. Experience mountain scenery with paths along the waterfall that will take you to the top overlooking Ørevatn with its long shallow coast at Skjerka. Bathing and fishing opportunities. In winter, there is a popular alpine resort a stone's throw away.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Relax with the whole family at this lovely place. The area offers a rich activity offer all year round. Alpine slope, ski trails, mini golf, canoeing, swimming and fishing opportunities, as well as Eikerapen Guesthouse just nearby. Good sun conditions on the property and great views. 10 min to grocery and only 1.5 hours to Kristiansand. 2 hours 30 minutes to Egersund and 2 hours 15 minutes to Arendal.
