Relax in the peace of nature by the clear lake Kuontijärvi near the services of Ruka. The cottage (40 square meters/one-bedroom + loft) is well-equipped. The atmosphere is created by an open fireplace in the cottage. Several great activities directly from the front door: in winter, the Kuontivaara ski trail passes by, and in summer, the off-road cycling route (Kouvervaara trail). The nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes by car (Ruka). The cottage is part of a housing association, one semi-detached house in the same yard and one cottage consisting of three apartments.

Rukan Ski-Bus runs from the proximity/side of the cottage during the ski season. Attention! Seasonal Christmas, New Year, and Weeks 8-15 rental only Saturday-Saturday. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 beds and a  TV. Shop 1.5 km and Ruka slopes by car 5 min.
