An atmospheric log cabin by the lake

Relax in the peace of nature by the clear lake Kuontijärvi near the services of Ruka. The cottage (40 square meters/one-bedroom + loft) is well-equipped. The atmosphere is created by an open fireplace in the cottage. Several great activities directly from the front door: in winter, the Kuontivaara ski trail passes by, and in summer, the off-road cycling route (Kouvervaara trail). The nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes by car (Ruka). The cottage is part of a housing association, one semi-detached house in the same yard and one cottage consisting of three apartments.

In addition to the half 64.5 sqm of Kelopar house, a spacious loft of about 20 square meters, which makes the cottage size remarkably more spacious (see photos). The cottage is near Rukatunturi about five kilometers in the direction of Kuusamo, so it's perfect for those who appreciate the tranquility but those in need of Ruka services. Rukan Ski-Bus runs from the proximity/side of the cottage during the ski season. Attention! Seasonal Christmas, New Year, and Weeks 8-15 rental only Saturday-Saturday. Completed in December 2024, a high-quality and stylish semi-detached cottage with a good level of equipment close to Rukatunturi's services. Enjoy winter nature landscapes and tranquility 1.8 km from Rukatunturi ski lifts and services. You can walk to the Vuosselinjärvi ski slope in a few minutes. The cottage is ideal for families with children - there is a high chair and a travel crib. The cottage also has its own electric car charging facility. Good framework for remote work, 27' screen and 5G internet connection available.

Peaceful and well-equipped cottage in Ruka

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.
