In the vicinity of Ruka, on the shores of Lake Suininki, there is a new luxury destination. There are 8 beds in the main building. The building has two bedrooms, a spacious loft, a remote workstation, a sauna, a dressing and washing area, a utility room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the shore of the lake there is a large hut and a separate beach sauna with a wood-fired stove. The place is suitable for luxurious taste and peaceful holidays. Ruka is about 20 minutes by car and Kuusamo city center is about 20 minutes away.

A warm-hearted cottage on the shores of Lake Kitkajärvi with all the comforts. The tap water is clean spring water. Wood-heated sauna. Private beach (80 m from the cottage) with an electric outboard motor equipped with a rowing boat. Hot tub, sheets and towels as agreed (extra charge). Snowshoes and children's sleds are allowed. Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Quiet location on the shore of the beautiful Ylä-Juumajärvi, about 2 km from Juuma village, 3 km from Pieni Karhunkierros, near Oulanka National Park. Nearby are wonderful nature sites: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs, etc. You can make day trips to nearby destinations. The beach sauna is at your disposal and we will advise you on how to heat it. WiFi available. The price includes linens and towels for three.

In winter and spring, the well-maintained ski trails and snowmobile trails around Ruka can be accessed from the cottage yard.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
