Caretaker Akhil will make your trip memorable by staying in constant touch so that you will enjoy holidays hassle free This place is as it's described . This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

The place is beautiful and clean. You will feel like a home away from home. The place is exactly like how it look in photos. Mr. Suresh and his family will give you a warm welcome and are a call away if you need any help. A very safe place if you are travelling with family. All in all a good experience.

a really cute stay for such a small price. we had everything we needed and they were always there incase we need any help. i would strongly recommend this stay for all travellers. Sruthy's mother cooks the yummiest breakfast and dinner. i would deffenetly visit again to have the food here

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach house! The place is spacious with plenty of open areas to relax and enjoy. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we especially loved the amazing kitchen and bar area — perfect for hanging out with friends and family. It was also super convenient to have access to all major food delivery options. Would definitely recommend for a chill beach getaway!

It was a wonderful stay, the rooms, the surrounding, the environment everything was so calm and peaceful. since we visited it in the rainy season the surrounding was lush green and river flowing behind the property was soothing. Special Thanks to Thresiamma she's such a good and welcoming person. She took a good care of us and the food she cooked was too delicious. They arranged us local driver for sightseeing and also suggested good places to visit. A must visit place :)

We had a pleasant stay at Anil’s home. Great location. Caretaker Anitha was kind and helpful. Homely ambiance. Kitchen was shared with another guests but it was ok for us. The power failure was the only thing we had as a negative experience bt later it was managed by the caretaker. Except that we had a fantastic time there

The best getaway place in Kozhikode; right on the beach. The veiw and experience of the beach facing balcony felt like a private space to enjoy the beauty of the beach with the beautiful sunset without any hustle or buss of the beaches. The spot is also close to all the major restaurants and the whole beach.

I had a good experience staying at Padmesh’s place. The place was kept clean and had amenities as described. The location is very central and is accessible to all the major restaurants and attractions. Communication with Padmesh and Mithun was seamless. Thanks for hosting us.

Nilambur is a very beautiful place unfortunately we had rains so couldn't visit tourist spots.... but we were amply compensated by the stay.... spacious, open & clean flat nestled amongst the greens of Nilambur... excellent place to stay and taken care by a gracious and extremely helpful host... if we come back to Nilambur we know where to stay

Thejus is a super host and a friendly person. The place is very beautiful, good views of sunset and sunrise. The building is easy to locate and accessible. I recommend Thejus for your stay at Kozhikode.

Amazing stay. Hosts were kind , helpful and welcoming. property was clean , hygienic,with ample space . rooms are spacious,vibrant. feels like home. also worth the money we paid for. will definitely revisit soon and recommend others to visit as well
