Great place, peaceful location, villa was huge with 4 bedrooms (3 rooms with AC), hall & dining area, villa has lot of outside space to walk & kids play, kitchen with almost all facilities available, Sijo's parents were great host and took care of all our needs. Nearby restaurants and Swiggy options available as well. Overall great place to stay at this price and would look forward to visiting again.

Our plan was very last minute, and we're really thankful they accepted our request so quickly. This homestay is not like the usual ones where a caretaker manages everything. Here, the service is provided by the family members themselves, which makes it feel more like home. From check-in to check-out, the instructions were clear and simple. Offering food at a homestay is an extra task, and we genuinely appreciate the effort they put in. They could have easily suggested nearby commercial hotels, but they went the extra mile to provide home-cooked meals, which made the experience so much more special. It's not about the price; it's about the warmth and hospitality. The house is beautifully built with library, and we had a great view of the plantation at the back. The area is perfect for long walks, and there's even a football turf nearby for sports lovers. A short, peaceful drive of just 5 km takes you to the nearby town, and don’t miss out on a visit to the Calicut Chips shop there!

We had a pleasant stay at Anil’s home. Great location. Caretaker Anitha was kind and helpful. Homely ambiance. Kitchen was shared with another guests but it was ok for us. The power failure was the only thing we had as a negative experience bt later it was managed by the caretaker. Except that we had a fantastic time there

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront apartment! The view was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful.

This place is really great to stay, the property is very lush and beautiful. The host Sajan is really accommodating and always available. Extra bedding is provided if necessary. The location of the place is amazing , it’s in the centre from all the must watch tourist attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Whether you go with family or friends the place is extremely comfortable to stay.

You drive for hours and enter this beautiful living room with the perfect blend of peace and rich color theme. Of course before checking the bedroom, you head to the balcony with the sea view and trust me it is the most breath taking view I have seen in a long time.. Rooms are well maintained, great furniture to rest in the the living and ding area or chill out in the balcony. Bathrooms are spotlessly clean. sheets and towels are fresh. Extra pillows and blankets in the cupboards. kitchen equipped enough with required utensils. Dedicated car parking. in short it felt like a home I would love to have one day.. Great food options right below the building. Lastly Aswin responds within seconds and is super sweet. The caretaker understands hindi and is very helpful. If you are travelling from non Malayalam speaking region, better to converse in hindi rather than English, with the caretaker, gatekeeper and infact with people throughout the city (just a personal experience) thanks Aswin

A city like calicut which is known for non-veg food, it's a rarity to find a location so close to a really good veg restaurant "Pure South". It has all the necessary amenities close by - pharmacy, mall, teashop, autostand, grocery. Both the bedrooms and the hall has functional AC. Dedicated car parking is also quite convenient. The right up about the place is Well justified. We had a great stay Above all great host Padmesh !!!

we had a very nice and comfortable stay at Franklin's place. the stay was in middle of tea estates and around an hour away from other spots. Frank was very responsive host and helped us out with planning our itinerary to getting local transport when we needed. Thanks a lot for all the help Frank,we had wonderful vacation. :)
