Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

Our stay at Dream View was absolutely magical! He is an incredibly wonderful and genuenly sweet person! Shyam went above and beyond, taking us to the best local restaurant, recommending fantastic places to explore, and was always incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Caretaker Akhil will make your trip memorable by staying in constant touch so that you will enjoy holidays hassle free This place is as it's described . This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. The villa itself is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the host, Mr. Shine. He was extremely friendly, responsive, and always just a call away for anything we needed. His hospitality really enhanced our overall experience. The villa doesn’t have air conditioning, but thanks to the pleasant weather, it didn’t feel uncomfortable—though it did get a bit warm during the afternoons (we visited in May). Also, there’s a CCTV camera installed at the outer boundary facing the swimming pool, which slightly impacts the privacy for couples and could be reconsidered. The location is excellent with adventure parks, viewpoints, and tea gardens all nearby. The view from the property includes a stunning mountain backdrop.

Great place and the best part is the view that you get every morning and evening. Totally worth it. The place is really good and the staff were super helpful. Few things that can be improved . 1) Mobile number on which we can contact . It was missing and what was provided was not responsive 2) Food was delicious but slightly expensive, 3) Power backup need to be improved 4) Only one mosquito repellent was available

The place is by the side of the beach, with absolutely stunning views. It's a nice place for a small get together. The place itself requires a bit of maintenance. Being a beachfront villa, wear and rear is visible on all aspects, including wall, electrical fittings. But overall the stay was good and the caretaker was really helpful

Awesome place to stay & host is very supportive. Place to stay is very clean, calm & very good for family. They provide basic stuff everyday like eggs, milk, bread, biscuit & also give seasonal fruits available on the farm. There will be firecamp & barbeque if you wish to use. Little away from the city, there is no noise of vehicles & also very less people around. Host will be available everytime whenever you need any help. Maid will be available everyday for cleaning except Sunday. If you need anything from town, host will arrange a person to deliver it to your stay. Town is also very nearby if you need anything.
