Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space by Kattegatt bike path with its own entrance, balcony to the west towards deciduous forest and private bathroom. The accommodation is about 1 km from a beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with a kiosk (summer time), playground, parking and a large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, porcelain, etc. (dishes are left to the host and exchanged for clean ones). Baby crib (up to 3 years) and high chair can be arranged on request.

Nice apartment in a basement villa with proximity to Kungsbacka city center, which has good connections to Gothenburg and Varberg, among other places. The apartment is in a quiet residential area with about 3.5 km to the sea. The apartment consists of 2 rooms and a kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. The kitchen has a stove/oven and microwave. There is also a coffee maker as well as a kettle and household items (cutlery, glasses, etc.). There are also wardrobes. Swings and playhouse for children on site. Street parking.

Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away.
