Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Welcome to our nice guest house of about 17 sqm, which is decorated with a stylish, fully tiled bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and a kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave and sink). Here you sleep comfortably in a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm). If you want an extra sleeping space, there is an extra mattress to put on the floor. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Dining area in the cabin and on the associated patio. Pets are not accepted due to allergies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
