For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Unique location with expansive lake views of Lake Vänern with private beach & cliffs. Adjacent to the house is a stone jetty from which you can swim and fish. A total of 6 beds with the possibility of 2 more. Large terrace with dining table, sun loungers & lounge set. The house is a few minutes' walk to Svalnäsbadet, mushroom & berry forests & Hindens Rev. Feel free to take a short trip to Läckö Castle, Spiken's fishing village, play golf or enjoy Kinnekulle. There's something for everyone, whether it's spring, summer, winter or fall.

Relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful guesthouse located on our property. Close to nature with wild animals around the corner. Close to sea, lake and shopping. Stay in the countryside but with a stone's throw from the city center. 25 minutes from Gothenburg! Wake up with the morning sun, grab a coffee on the deck and enjoy the birds chirping. Relax in this beautiful, quiet space in the heart of nature, surrounded by deciduous trees, fields and forests. The house is located right next to Bohusleden, Fontin Nature Reserve (Milspåret), Trankärrsslingan, Marieberg Nature Reserve and the Göta River, with a cycling distance to both Kungälv and Bohus Fortress, and with Gothenburg, Marstrand, and Svartedalen Nature Reserve a 25-minute bus/car ride away. Enjoy many hiking and biking trails, walk around Gamla Kungälv's fantastic cozy neighborhood with cafés and shops.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
