Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

Comfortable holiday home with that little extra. Close to swimming area, beautiful nature, golf course, Skövde and Skara Sommarland. The house's floor plan is open and airy. The modern kitchen and inviting living room are located in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a stepladder, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. A warm welcome.

Relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful guesthouse located on our property. Close to nature with wild animals around the corner. Close to sea, lake and shopping. Stay in the countryside but with a stone's throw from the city center. 25 minutes from Gothenburg! Wake up with the morning sun, grab a coffee on the deck and enjoy the birds chirping. Take a trip in the forest that is enriched with berries, mushrooms and cozy trails. Enjoy sunset dinner! Option to charge an electric car overnight for SEK 100

Charming brewery

Quiet and secluded location on Haragården in Alboga, you live on the farm with animals around. We who live on the property have dogs and a cat. The brewhouse is extended with modern standards with the old feeling preserved. Downstairs: Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and armchairs and smart TV, toilet and shower. Upstairs: Sleeping loft with double bed. Wifi is available. You can swim in the pond, and next to it is the wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right fit. Welcome to the homey cottage located in the middle of our smallholding. The landscape is rural and serene, yet Gothenburg is only twenty minutes away by bus from Eriksdal. While staying, you have the forest close, offering charming paths in a nature reserve, or longer hiking's along Bohusleden. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening at the patio. However, take to heart the gentle neighs from horses, mischievous sheeps and our kids playing with the dog!
